3 Days work in and around home, additional 3 Days of electrical work.

Projects Completed:
1. Tore out 2 sets of steps
2. Built new front landing with steps
3. Built new steps at rear door
4. Painted exterior of home
5. Tore out sub-floor of bathroom (had hole in floor to crawl space)
6. Replaced existing joists and added support to bathroom
7. New bathroom floor, linoleum, toilet, cabinet and sink installed
8. Undergrowth around house cut down, trash cleaned up
9. Perimeter chain link fence installed
10. Two motion sensor floodlights installed for yard
11. Entire electrical system replaced (existing system was ungrounded and a fire hazard)

Special Recognition: Turner Vaughn Electric (provided permit for electrical work, materials and oversight)

1. Replaced sections of fascia around house due to rot
2. Rebuilt roof over rear screened room to replace rotted roof
3. Repaired plumbing in bathroom (bathtub drain, new cabinet and sink)
4. Painted exterior of home
5. New gutters installed on front and rear of home
6. Landscaping
7. Painted rear deck railing
